Founded by Georgie Butz and Reuben Selby, the studio was built around a frustration with the traditional interiors process, where strong ideas are often diluted by disconnected sourcing, manufacturing and logistics. Present was created to close that gap, bringing creative direction, design and production together in one place. We work across residential, retail, hospitality and commercial projects, producing everything from custom furniture and architectural details to lighting, sanitaryware, stone, hardware and full FF&E packages. Our focus is on delivering luxury-spec execution without traditional retail markups. Our process is flexible but hands-on. We can manage projects end-to-end, from concept development and technical drawings through to sourcing, production and installation, or act purely as a production partner for designers, architects and studios who need reliable execution. Much of our work is made possible through strong relationships with specialist manufacturers and fabricators, allowing us to produce highly customised pieces with a level of quality, scale and material access that is often difficult to achieve through traditional routes. Alongside our own projects, we also collaborate with designers and creative studios to help bring concepts into production, supporting everything from early-stage ideas and AI renders through to fully resolved designs. Recent projects include the full fit-out of Hulcan’s London HQ, alongside a growing portfolio of private homes, retail spaces and hospitality projects.
